Dual Blade Dimple Free Cut-Off Die
Once a process mainly
reserved for the high dollar re-cut machines, this die offers the
customer the means of fast, square cutting with minimal burrs.
Through the use of a cross cut followed by a vertical shear cut, a
dimple free cut can be obtained without a great deal of required
tonnage.
Designed with
interchangeable jaws, a variety of sizes and shapes may be cut.
Since time is of the essence, the jaws were also designed with ease
of setup and changeover time in mind. If high production is
required, a servo driven feeder can be incorporated to increase
number of cuts per hour. A servo feeder will also allow the cutting
of parts of lengths less than one inch.
